This is a legit company, however there are scammers using this company as a facade to get money from people who looking for remote roles. They received my information online, without submitting a resume to their company which should have been the first red flag. They first reached out through text and then we had an interview online through Microsoft teams. They asked relevant questions for the role that were typical like my experience, why I'm interested, and basically if I would fit into the role. However, everything felt like it was going very fast; they reached out, set up an interview, and said I got accepted for the job all within one day. That was the second red flag, however I wanted to see where this would go and was hopeful that they were legit because they used a profile of someone that worked there who also had a LinkedIn account. They sent me an offer letter that seemed a little off and a W-4 form. In the offer letter they said they would send me a check to buy some essential office supplies and once I had received the products I would start training. However, that is a typical scam, where they will try to get you to use the check and send remainder money to them. This check will then turn out to be illegitamate and you will end up owing tons of money. This company is defintiely real and isn't the case for all jobs here. However, if you go through a similar interview that is completely online and feels rushed, it is most likely scammers that are trying to swindle you, rather than the company itself. Just wanted to put out a warning out there for anyone looking.
