This company is repeatedly interviewing developers, assigning the developer a coding project, which is in fact just a problem they don't know how to solve, and then going no contact after the developer solves the problem for them. They're stealing work from developers with this method.
Extremely misleading. I did a video interview, during which the interviewer brought up and belabored the importance of good communication. I was assigned a development project, but the guidelines for the project lacked multiple key details, and when I asked questions, she wouldn't respond for 3 days, if at all. I put time and energy into getting this project done, and rather than receiving any acknowledgement whatsoever, I was simply ghosted. If this is how the company treats potential employees, then I certainly wouldn't want to be one of their clients.

Interview
The interview was with one of the Front End developers. The interview went pretty well.
She asked me to do the take-home project. I did and she said she would get back to me in a few days. But to this day I'm waiting to hear back from her.
Ghosting after asking them to do a take-home project is very unprofessional.
They said they were hiring because they've been working with contractors in the past and had difficulty managing them due to the time zone. So they want some in the US.
