BackNine Insurance interview questions

I interviewed for the case manager position. The interview consisted of the owners (C-level-executives) CEO and middle owner Vice CEO staring at my chest the entire time. I don’t think they were listening to a word I said. The CEO of the company said if I can keep him happy I’ll have no problem keeping my job. They then put me in the office of the CHo, who leads the case management department. She very impolitely said “what do you want!!” I told her I was here to interview for the case manager position. She said “the only thing you need to do is this” and walked up to the glass window behind me, put one paper over another and signed something. She said if I can do that and keep my mouth shut then I have the job. I didn’t really understand what she meant to be honest so I just nodded my head.
