Backer Group interview questions

I was actually contacted for the position by another regional sales manager. He asked me to apply and told me he would be in the area and would like to interview me. The process was extremely long and very grueling. I had to interview 8 times over a 3 month period. Apparently they had interviewed a large number of people over about a year long period.
