Had several interviews for 2 months with managers and other consultants. Had to come to an assessment center in the office with several other persons. Also had a call with hr. Bad process that made me lose time.

Two stage process one initial interview with team manager before another with a senior manager going over previous placements and billings etc during both interviews in the process also went over verticals you have covered and sectors

In February 2020 I had an interview for a potential role that would be based in the Milton Keynes branch. The interview lasted about 90 minutes, during which time we discussed many things. Despite me making several attempts to glean feedback I have heard absolutely nothing since. As a result, I have no interest in working with or for Badenoch & Clark. Particularly if this is representative of how they generally treat their candidates. As a global recruitment business they really should be able to do better. In my view they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of common courtesy and professionalism.
