Baird Group interview questions

Interviewed by headhunter than company management. Standard process nothing unusual. It was during COVID so all remote by zoom. Process was well organized and went smoothly. It was also pretty quick.

I sent an email with my CV to the Manager of the store. He phoned me and asked me in for an interview. I arrived and was greeted nicely and we went to the (small) kitchen room. Ali was very pleasant and relaxed. By the end of the interview (about an a hour) I felt like I knew him! He showed me round the shop after and I mentioned it was one of the best interviews I’ve had. It felt more like an informal chat than an interview. I felt it went very well.
