Bake-It-Yourself interview questions

The interviewer was actually one of the co-owners. They are based in Taiwan so the interview was done over the phone. It was very relaxed, and it felt like I was having a casual conversation with someone because she was very warm and friendly over the phone. It certainly made me want to work for the company even more.
