Interview
The whole process was straightforward and welcoming. The recruiter’s made sure you felt comfortable and knew what the process was going to look like. Went through multiple rooms and spoke with 2 attorneys in each. Spoke to about 12 people total. The whole process lasted a couple of hours.
Pretty easygoing interview process. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know who I am as a person rather than a quick screening process to narrow down candidates. Felt like a conversation
