I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Recorded interview of around 6-7 standard interview questions alongside an over the phone interview. The over the phone was less standard with more elaborate on so and so type questions. After was a on-site type program. I was flown down to Houston for 2 days to participate.

During the onsite were given 10 minutes to come up with a pitch for Baker Hughes acting as if we already had the job and were now recruiting others.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.

Question 1
Introdue yourself and tell us why you want to work at Baker
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
