Great experience overall! All the attorneys were super down to earth, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The attorneys spoke with passion about their work and projects. One thing that stood out for me was how much they were interested in my diverse experiences, and diversity is truly appreciated at Baker.

Interview
The process was very formalized as they attended my school's on-campus interview (OCI) program where we had previously applied for an interview about a week or two prior. We were then notified whether we were selected for the OCI and then we selected a time based on the availability. The interview lasted about 30 minutes in total and then we waited a couple of days before people began receiving callbacks.

Interview
For the 1L summer position I had a 1.5 hr interview broken up into 3 30 minute sections. With 2 attorneys interviewing me. It was really us getting to know each other and figuring out if this was someone we would both want to work with.
Through the OCI process I was matched with BM. I was sent the name of the interviewer in advance which was helpful to research before the interview. Then I met with my interviewer for approximately 20 minutes where he described the position.
