I submitted a very long application form and then had a phone interview, if I had done well I think the next step would be an assessment centre. The phone interview questions were mostly "tell me about a time when you... faced a challenge/worked under pressure" etc but there were also a few about my academic record, choices made and career aspirations.

Zoom interview, they sent us a 2-paged problem on a company looking to expand into another country, and we needed to broadly discuss the legal issues involved for about 20 minutes. Also had to summarize our discussion in both English and Chinese.
