Baker University interview questions

Some initial interviews then need to complete Baker Academy which is 200 hours of uncompensated work and training on their IT systems, very long and extensive Baker Academy process of meetings, on-line testing, developing sample syllabus and student feedback, very time consuming and unpaid

The hiring process varies from department to department. I was hired 5 minutes after my first and only interview, but there are others in a similar position that have gone through multiple interviews.
