Very casual interview. Not too stressful, just explained the basics of the job and what is expected. Just chatted and asked about the job. Basics about restocking and upselling products.
I applied for part time job. Only one face to face interview with the manager. Once successful, six hours unpaid training to learn about all the bread names and process.
