Interview
I had a phone interview and got an email confirming my interview. When I came up, the area was very nice but there were about 8 other people waiting on interviews. We talked and there were some people who just graduated college and some who just graduated high school. I came 20 minutes early to my interview and ended up being interviewed 30 minutes late. The interview was easy and straight forward. They asked about experience, goals, and other basic questions. They explained the job to me and when I showed up for orientation day, the job was nothing like it was described.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are you goals? What is your level of education?
I was contacted via email, the process was fast. The interview was interesting to say the least. The interviewer asked a lot of irrelevant questions just to tell me that I would be getting people to with government assistance to sign up for assurance wireless. Also the pay was sketchy $700 weekly they say and never gave an hourly wage. Also called me for an orientation for a position I didn’t accept.

Interview
The manager brought me to his office and went over my resume and experience with me, then described what the company does and what I'd be doing to make sure that it's something I'd want to do. I got invited back for a second interview where I got to do a job shadow with someone that had the same position I applied to, then I spoke more with the hiring manager about why I thought I'd be a good fit for the company
