Balance Me interview questions

Bizarre. They asked questions that appeared to be downloaded from the internet - they were very random and irrelevant to the job/company. Interviewed by the manager then the director, more interested in making sure I liked their products than anything else.

Lengthy but quick - happened in a matter of weeks. Was interviewed by several people and taken through to different stages on the same day / week It was a standard interview process - and I thought how lucky I was to he the job until I was about five months into the role
