Interview had a few processes to go through (essay, video submission, case study). For tech roles, candidates had a seperate exam to take which were mostly testing on your techninal skills (MCQ) and data analytics.

Interview
Takes too much time, and the recruiter isn't responsive at all despite the emails ending with 'if you have questions please let us know'. 1st screening was a 3-4 mins video assessment, introduce yourself etc. Result came back after a week. 2nd screening was a two-question assessment via Google Forms, given a week to complete. Result came back 1.5 weeks later. 3rd and final stage was a physical interview session. It was a four-panel interview session, scheduled for an hour but they only took up 45 mins or so. The questions were technical and there were follow-up and probe questions. The recruiter mentioned they would get back within 3 weeks, but there was no news from them until 6 weeks later. Overall i think the whole process could have been faster and the panel could have been a little bit more energetic.
