after I submit online, I receive a call from HR, make an appointment. Than Just a phone call interview, asking some simple questions. Then will tell you when they will move on the face-to-face interview.

I went into an interview room where I waited for a few minutes. The Head of Mortgage came in, introduced himself, and told me about the job. He asked some questions, asked me if I had any questions, and that was that.
