Interview scheduled quickly. The interview was meant to last 1h, and in 10 min the interview was done. Why? Because they just wanted to know my age and then wondered why I did not add it on the CV. Moreover, they then proceed with justifying that the company now aims to hire younger people and with at least 2 years of experience (in the job description there was nothing about the 2 years requirement). After that just one question about the company and they ended the call.
