Worst experience ever... They say it scheduled interview bt it is worst than a walking... I'm waiting for interview for almost 5 hrs and after that they took my interview and the interviewer is female who doesn't even know what I'm explaining in what technologies I have worked she just know that she has to ask me few questions that she listed and just not select me...N they select candidates who has Apache camel in there resume...If they require only Apache camel then why the hell they not mentioned it in job description

I arrived at the Barclays Munich office on Leopoldstraße. A friendly recruiter named Katharina welcomed me. We discussed Java microservices, Kubernetes deployments, and team culture. The atmosphere felt professional yet relaxed. Overall, a positive experience.

1 or 2 Tech round about your skills and projects will be discussed.
Next is manager round where your inter personal or decision making ability will be discussed. Last HR round where your ctc will be discussed.
