The interviews were very similar to the standards of Investment Banks. I was recruited for the Investment banking division and there were a few questions to test my knowledge on the securities and markets.Other general questions included why barclays? why investment banking? where do you see yourself in a few years? previous job experience and so on
The interview was moved twice then when is it happen interviewee did not have the camera on and the interview was so uncomfortable. Not a great experience really put me off
Interview was good and very friendly. Question asked about the current profile only. Interview process was very smooth. It takes 1 hour for discussion but overall it's good. If anyone going for interview, Should be well dressed and confident.

Applied online, spent a long time doing it and got given a rejection within no time which was disappointing. Overall a bad experience for me if I’m honest. Could’ve just been my lack of experience thought
