Baroan Technologies interview questions

A few days earlier before coming in for the interview I was asked by the Office Manager to take a D.I.S.C Profile exam you can do it from home online. Its a psychological exam to determine what type of personality you are in the work place. There is a specific personality they prefer to hire. If you do not score in the same type of personality you probably will NOT get the interview. They prefer personalities that are very detail oriented, perfectionist, regimented and obedient. This is done much like in the same way as recruiting for the army. Unfortunately as a result there is very little diversity of thought to solving issues and also for them very little dispute to management decisions. I met with the NOC Manger and the Helpdesk Manager. They reviewed a standard set of questions which they apparently review for all applicants. It was a very pleasant interview and they were both very easy to speak with. After the interview both managers are asked by the Office Manager privately if they think you should get hired and how much you should get paid. They then average the two answers and give you an offer based on this. There is opportunity to negotiate salary afterwards if you wish to try. Overall as far as interviews go it was not a horrible experience.
