I applied online via Indeed. I was called the next day and asked to come into a face to face interview. I was asked very basic questions about previous experience and the entire interview after that was very conversational and pleasant with the recruiter. Though I wish he would have stressed that it's more of a sales position than just Customer service.

I was brought into a room and every manager in the plant was there and they all started asking me questions, some at one time. I was not even introduced to everyone. I was just told there was a manager from each department.
