My experience with Bath & Body Works interview was amazing! I would first like to highlight how fast the process was. It literally took 4 days. I turned my application in on a Monday. Tuesday, I was called to schedule an interview for the next day. Wednesday, I had my interview. It lasted for about 10 to 15 minutes. The lady was very nice. She asked me to tell her about myself, what my favorite scent at Bath & Body Works was, and how often I shopped there. She also asked why I wanted to work there, verified my availability, and verified my age. That was the whole interview! She explained the dress code to me - White tops, denim or khaki pants, and somewhat dressy shoes (flats, wedges, ect.) On Thursday (today - 10/9/14), I was called and offered the position! My training starts Wednesday, 10/22/14!
