Bax & Willems interview questions

Three interviews over skype (as I was abroad) - was pretty general. The interviewers were really friendly. I was excited about the opportunity to work with them. However, the internship salary they offered me was really low. They offered me a job and sent me a contract and when I tried to negotiate the compensation, they stopped replying to my emails. Totally unprofessional

I came spontaneously to the office and said that I loved the company and I had the opportunity to be interviewed directly. Then I met the HR responsible followed by an interview with senior partners who are part of the cluster I'll be part of.
