Baxter Management interview questions

The process consisted of an interview request by text for a zoom interview. The interviewer did not turn on her camera. The interview was pretty in depth and the questions were fairly standard. The interviewer said she would like to schedule a second interview later in the week or the following week. Maybe I wasn't in the demographic they were looking for because I never heard back. These companies waste people's time and don't even have the professional courtesy to follow up.
