Baxture interview questions

I applied through referral they invited me to offline interview where around 80-90 where there to give interview first they gave paper to solve a question the question was sort the words in sentence without using any inbuilt function i solved it and after that i didn't qualify for next round bcs of experience they said that you don't have enough experience not only me but others also who have come to give interview was not qualified for next round because of experience they only picked experienced people and for fresher they said we will let you know you can go. Very horrible experience with the company if they want to hire experience they should only invite the experience people why waste time inviting freshers like us.
