The initial HR phone call was to discuss details and salary expectations before the in person interview then offer. Questions about RN experience and application to the job role. They discussed each relevant previous job on the resume line by line.

Initial via video chat, then an in-person interview. HR provided good information for location, point of contact, and preparation, but no follow-up after the in-person interview, despite multiple emails to request follow-up.

straight forward, know a response concerning your goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. Attractive pay, tuition reimbursment is low but they do have opportunities in critical shortage areas
