Interview
I was screened by their internal recruiter. Then, I was scheduled for a 1:1 call with the hiring manager. After that. I got interviewed on a panel of the hiring team, a total of 5 people. That was the final round, and unfortunately, I didn't get the job. I thought it was a good process. However, I wish I had gotten feedback on why I didn't get the job so I could improve.
Recruiter scheduled my interview and then rescheduled an hour before the scheduled time without notice or confirming if the new date and time worked with my schedule. The call then lasted about 5 minutes because she forgot to mention it was a part time position not a full time position.
