Was called in for an interview. Met with four unit Nurses. They described the ins and outs of the busy position. They mostly need per diem. Seems as if they are short.

Interview
There was one assistant manager present as well as a PCT. It was really relaxed and casual and they made me feel comfortable. It was more like a conversation than anything. It was in a private setting which is a plus to minimize distraction
