Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn on 10/14 regarding an entry-level Account Executive position, and I agreed to schedule a phone call for 10/17. We spoke on 10/17, and she mentioned she would follow up about setting up an interview. It has now been 7 days, and I still have not heard back. I sent a follow-up message on LinkedIn on 10/23 and have not received a response. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional, and employers should strive to do better.
Very simple, you either got it or you dont and thats made extremely clear from the hiring managers. Must come in with enthusiasm and moxy! Furthermore, its a competitive position with tons of applicants, their programming and events are awesome.

Interview
One phone screening with a 30 minute online interview which was very basic and behavioral. The recruiter was very nice and helpful when it came to getting ready for the interview.
