Second interview cancelled on the same day. After giving them my availability to reschedule, they did not respond until I eventually chased up only to be told the role didn’t exist anymore. Very poor communication, which seems to be happening to a lot of candidates at Beam. The fact that the role “didn’t exist anymore” makes me think the original reason for my interview being rescheduled was not true, which doesn’t make the company feel very transparent. Treat candidates better.
