The recruitment process comprised three structured interview stages: an initial screening with HR, a technical/role-specific discussion with the Line Manager, and a final round with HR. The interviews were conducted in a positive and conversational manner. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed, which allowed for a genuine two-way exchange and effectively showcased my qualifications and fit for the team.

Half day with cases and personal interviews. The cases were of medium difficulty, and the interviewers were friendly and helpful. The cases were based on real projects. Overall standard cases.
