Beauty Barrage interview questions

Phone interview initially, then they sent a video questionnaire where they have you record a video giving your answers to questions, some of which involve acting out a scenario (like upselling to a customer, or recommending products, etc).

The first interview was with the hiring manager. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes. For the second interview, I was sent a link and had to record myself answering five questions. They wanted to see my sales capabilities and skills.
