It takes three turns, a phone interview with HR, a marketing question quiz, and a final behavior interview with the marketing manager and HR. The process is pretty standard and it takes about 3 weeks to finish.

I was approached for this position through my experience as a brand ambassador. It was a very competitive position. I had worked hard to show my enthusiasm about the brand & program, as well as tried to learn as much as I could from each experience through the program.
