Beaver Coach Sales interview questions

Very nice team, great opportunities however it's rather unprofessional to interview someone and then ghost them. Told I would hear back from hr and it's customary to hear something back either way. Even if it's a canned response, it's better than just being ignored. Also, when I asked what the payscale was for the position they didn't know and didn't bother to get me that information. There needs to be mutual respect from both the employer and potential employee. I mean, we are all just human and trying to do our very best. Beaver Coach, please do better.
