Disgraceful process. Recently had indirect experience with those responsible for recruitment into the HR team. Very slow and poor communication, unsolicited contact of references, very outdated requirements such as high school certificates despite the candidate being half way through their career with very relevant experience to the role, lack of organisation and communication of key elements like start date, I could go on.
