2 phone interviews (within 2 weeks)--first with Belkin recruiter to establish if you're a good candidate for the position, second with hiring manager to gage if he/she would like to proceed to an on-site interview. After another week, in-person interview with hiring manager and 4 other Belkin employees. Interview lasted around 2 hours--questions revolving heavily on experience, with other questions about accomplishments, goals and personality.
