Interview
Simple Two Step Interview. Interview was very conversational and got off topic (always a good thing in my view). The managers asked questions concerning the role, but they were more interested in the questions I had. I asked them questions about the team and what they were looking for in an employee.

What is one strength that you have that would make you a good fit for this position.
The interview was pretty easy. It was a very comfortable and friendly experience . The first interview was a phone interview and was 30 minutes long and the second was in person and lasted about an hour.
