Recorded video interview questions . Overall 5 questions. First 3 questions 3 minutes, next 2 questions 5 minutes. The questions were very basics. As i have read the most reviews and prepared only around 1 minute. I could not be able to improvise spontaneously for 5 minutes.

Interview
Horrible process, unprofessional interviewers. Will never apply to Bell again.
Round 1: Video interview - answer 4-5 behavioural questions.
Round 2: On cite, 3 hours. 2 hours were given to do a case study and make a 10 minute presentation, 2 programming questions related to the case study. 1 was coding, 1 was on SQL.
Total of 4 people in the room to listen to your presentation. 2 of them were managers, and 2 of them were new recruits in the program. The new 2 recruits looked mentally unstable to me as all they did was look at my face the entire time. The two managers were lazy and did not seem interested in the interview from minute one. Will never apply to Bell again.

Interview
It was pretty basic interview process. Once you apply online you get an email containing a video interview link. In that video interview you have to answer 5 questions. They are quite easy and general behavioral questions.
