Interview
Their CEO - Vishwadeep is an interesting character. Read on to find out how. I applied for the post at their company. Appeared for the interview, which went particularly well. CEO told me that they will get back to with me the date of the next round by the end of the week. The week ended and upon receiving no response via Whatsapp, I called the CEO who then scheduled an interview w me for the very next day. On this interview, CEO tells me that he found my tonality on the call yesterday to be rude, and they will not be continuing w my profile. I tried reasoning w him that there must be some misinterpretation or something, and that he could've let me know the same right there and then, but upon seeing his rigidity, I told him that if such was the case and you had your mind made upon not proceeding w me, why did we set up a 2nd round interview, which is clearly misleading and a misuse of anyone's valuable time. He said "I wanted to tell this to in person". He proceeded to curse me upon the call and hung up abruptly, clearly demonstrating his professionalism and maturity level. I'm glad that I got to see his true colors and I didn't join the company under him. Thanks Vishwadeep.
