After my application, I received 2 authomatic emails and one from an HR member that informed me I passed the screening. Then I had to do 3 online tests (1/2 hours each) and then 2 more. After these, I was invited for a first 30min interview per Google Meet. Then I had a second 1hour interview and then a third 30min one always per Google Meet. Every interview took place with a different HR member. I found it a very fair selection process, although very demanding. After all those tests and interviews, I expected maybe a more specific feedback. On the one hand, I enjoyed taking the tests and I made some experience with interviews. On the ohter hand, since I had to take many leaves of absence from work, I would have expected a more detailed feedback. Anyway, a part from the normal bitterness for not making it through, I truly think that they have rightly found a more suitable candidate thanks to this very complex and really beautiful process!
