STAY AWAY from this really SHADY company.
I went through the selection process twice. The first time I turned down the offer because they really made me a bad impression. More than two years later, I decided to give them another chance.
Too bad things didn't go differently.
The selection process is still unreasonably long. It's described as a very difficult process, but in reality you are covered mainly by time-consuming tasks and of questionable importance to the role (while some really important things are not even remotely touched).
After dozens of hours spent on practical tests, quizzes and open-ended questions, you finally have the opportunity and honor to speak (for the very first time) with HR. They start asking you dozens of questions to understand if you are willing to work more than you should, if you are a person who does not create problems and who would die for the company. They aren't really interested in getting to know you better, they're just filling out a form. On any question from you, they are completely unprepared. After all this time, you still don't know ANYTHING about the role, the colleagues, the company, the salary. Needless to say, this time I was turned down because "I didn't fit with the company culture and their way of working".
Afterward, I would say it went well :)
PS: beware of the company's reviews on Glassdoor. Their almost perfect score is totally unrealistic. Many employee reviews and some of the interviews are clearly fake. Some are re-published cyclically to make them look recent. Just as fake are many of the open positions, which are constantly published, on LinkedIn. Unfortunately, as I could sadly see, it is a company that is more interested in its public image than in the love for its work and the products it creates. Sad.
