Initial interview with a recruiter, lots of logic puzzles, behavioral interview, another interview on logic puzzles. Worst part is that the feedback only comes at the end, when you eventually realize how much time you wasted for this posh company.

Question 1
Same old questions misinterpreted from "Hiring 101": lots of logic puzzles, a behavioral interview with absurd questions like ordering by preference totally unrelated stuff, other logic puzzles, another interview on logic puzzles... did I forgot anything? Oh, yes, Android: actual knowledge of Android matters for like 5% of the process, which is curious having applied for "Tech Lead, Android".

A seguire dei colloqui conoscitivi e poi più tecnici.
Non ho proseguito la selezione, dopo il primo colloquio, in quanto ho ricevuto un'offerta da un'altra azienda.
