Il processo di selezione è abbastanza lungo e con molti step, tuttavia ne vale sicuramente la pena e la volontà di portarlo fino in fondo fa parte del processo stesso.
Quelli che ho affrontato io, ma sono variabili nel tempo e per le diverse posizioni, sono stati:
- Screening CV e Cover Letter
- Primo set di problemi logici
- Secondo set di problemi logici
- Un primo colloquio conoscitivo
- Un secondo colloquio di problem solving
- Un terzo colloquio di valutazione delle modalità di lavoro e leve motivazionali
- Invio del Transcript Accademico
- Indicazione delle referenze
Il processo in tutto è durato due mesi circa, ma sono anche stato sfortunato a beccare il retreat in mezzo che ha aggiunto un po' di tempo di attesa.

Interview
Very long, very time consuming compared to other very excellent companies who are as competitive (if not more) as Bending Spoons. It consists in different tasks and interviews with different people from the team and from the HR department
You have to submit a CV and optional cover letter, plus fill out a few pieces of information on yourself. You are then invited to take an assessment which has a personality element but also has logic/reasoning based questions

Interview
I had to go through 12 tasks, 3 interviews (all included some kind of tasks), and they called 3 of my referrals to assess my past performance. The process took around 3 months, and unfortunately, they decided not to go with my candidate, and as a token of appreciation, I got a discount code on Remini.
If you truly want to go for the job, I guess it's worth it. Otherwise, they'll probably waste your 3 months like they did to mine (and compensate with a discount code for a video editing app).
