The description of the open position was very vague and full of hype words not related to the true nature of the job which, after asking, resulted into just being updated about ML techniques and applying for marketing purposes. Nothing innovative. The interview process is divided in 6 rounds. - 2 problem sets of 5 very easy but time-consuming problems. You have 30 minutes to finish every problem: total 5 hours of time - 3 theme-based interviews of 1 hour each: problem solving, behavioural, technical. Total 3 hours - 1 long project ("homework") about data science that takes several days They have the longest interview process I've experienced. Along the whole process a recruiter will be at your disposal for clarifying your doubts. Not even CERN has an interview process this long (they just have 2 interviews). Probably the company does not have enough resources and they want to be sure to select the right profile according to their questionable standards. Their money , their business. You will probably be evaluated by people less qualified than you during the whole process. I was dismissed because although my answers were correct, they were not enoughly formalized. The task was to provide an answer to some very easy problem solving questions, but thinking out loud to show them your way of thinking. In the end, they mock you by saying they hope you had fun during the interview process. Can't say if they really believe it.

The team communicates really well about the progress and next steps, and gives a lot of flexibility. It can be difficult or long for some, but worth the effort and trying.

Primero te mandan varios cuestionaros tipo proctored test.
