Processo di selezione molto lungo con prove tecniche e teoriche. Bisogna passare attraverso molti step ma la comunicazione è buona, non ti lasciano nel limbo senza sapere l'esito del processo.

Interview
Before a video call interview with a person, I answered a series of short timed logic puzzles of medium-to-hard difficulty (in my opinion). After this round, next to complete was a creative task with a 1-week deadline of producing 2 assets, a video and a still, based on an open ended brief. Was given hypothetical data from past posts and asked to reach a conclusion as to which metrics to use to build the new set of social assets. Also had to explain in writing the reason for my creative choices by answering a questions field form. After this came my first (and last) actual interview - it started with STAR questions, then I was asked to solve a logic puzzle live, the latter of which I bombed. Felt like a lot of hoops to jump through, lots of time sunk into the creative tasks, and - with respect to the logic puzzles - ultimately quite a blunt instrument method / low “signal-to-noise” way of hiring a creative role. Learned a lot, but the experience left a slight sour taste in my mouth.

Interview
It's demanding and challenging. A lot of logic tests and problem-solving tasks that can be daunting and disappoint you. After passing some of the first phases, including an exciting technical task, there were other interview steps where the focus was again on problem-solving and logic (and a bit about yourself as a professional)
This could feel a bit disappointing since not every role will have that type of focus in the actual day-to-day. Everything is about finding the perfect candidate more from a reasoning perspective (even for creative roles where this is not a mandatory skill to do a great job). The recruitment team is very supportive, and the process is smooth and clear. It has been an overall nice opportunity to test my strengths dealing with pressure and a lot of original tasks. So I suggest it for anyone who feels a bit stuck in their career. They also offer some perks if you don't pass the interview.
