My experience with Bending Spoons was time-consuming (about 40 hours of actual work). I never had the opportunity to engage with a human throughout the process; instead, it seemed I was solely interacting with automated systems.
Despite investing a lot of time and energy, the response I received was extremely generic, with no indication of where I could improve.
Also, they mentioned my work could potentially be used in their projects, which raises serious ethical concerns.
I applied online and then they reached out to me after a dew days with email that i need to do a few tasks which include logic questions and at last design task. the question are to be answerd with camera and microphone on

Interview
Il processo di selezione è stato strutturato in più fasi. Inizialmente ho svolto alcuni test online, incluso un design challenge da completare in autonomia. Successivamente ho sostenuto un colloquio con l'HR, focalizzato su motivazioni ed esperienza pregressa. La fase finale è stata la più impegnativa: un colloquio conclusivo con un caso studio da presentare/discutere, seguito da domande più motivazionali sul fit con il ruolo e l'azienda.
