The screening of CV and Cover letter was followed by a 2 problem-solving test, then 6 more tests (all timed, most focused on logical problem-solving). I think I did well on the math and logic questions. In fact, some of the math questions were harder than expected. I still don't understand how they make their selections. I received an email saying I was eliminated because of better CVs than mine.

The position and associated perks seemed too good to be true but I decided to give it a try. I didn't know the company at all before and actually was surprised to see the big amount of open positions... Shortly after sending your CV you will be sent a short email explaining the process and a link to several online assignments. I was given a series of 8 various tests including apps data analysis (DAU, MAU, etc.), logic, drawing conclusions out of a text and more. For each assignment (1-7) 30 mins were given, for the 8th test 2h were given. The assignments are very general and diverse and above all- not related in any way to the position I was applied for. In total I spent more than 5.5h (!) for this process without a decent feedback. For me it seems like they are gathering data about how applicants cope with their assignments or they just post their open positions to market their company without any real intension to end up recruiting employees.
