Benefit Systems interview questions

This was the most bizarre interview I have ever been on in my entire life. The business is located in some sort of daycare, which means the offices are really classrooms, and there are children on-site. Also one of the partners had stacks of Sonic Route 44 cups stacked up in his office- disgusting. His windows were open because it was so hot in the office (the air was not working that day). The same partner had stacks of file folders and paperwork that looked like they would topple over any minute. There was a room that we conducted a group interview in that was filled with couches and as the only woman in a very small room filled with three other men, I felt very uncomfortable. I was completely overdressed, as the dress code is extremely lax, with jeans and t-shirts as the norm. I would have thought they would have dressed up more with a candidate coming to interview.
