Bennett Family Eye Care interview questions

I was interview by all optometrists in residence (4 of them) at the same time. Questions come from each of them as they take turns interviewing you. Office space is big enough that they're not seated too close, but small enough that the interview is intimate. The hiring confirmation was given over the phone and salary discussed via phone and email.
